Set Up Your Affiliate Marketing Starter System

You’ve got all four pieces. Follow the steps below to make the checklist, funnel, and emails your own, then test everything before you publish.

Step 1: Customize Your Starter Checklist

Open the Canva template and make the checklist your own. Replace the Online With Fred name, colors, photo, website, and any wording you want to change. Keep the overall structure if it helps, but make sure the finished checklist reflects your own brand and the audience you’re trying to help.

Step 2: Customize Your Funnel

Open the funnel template you copied into your Systeme.io account. Replace the Online With Fred branding, update the headline and page copy for your own offer, confirm the form fields are correct, and make sure the thank-you page matches what you’re giving away.

Step 3: Customize Your Follow-Up Emails

Open the email campaign you copied into your Systeme.io account. Replace any Online With Fred references with your own name and brand, update the wording so it sounds like you, check every link, and make sure the emails match the free resource you’re giving away.

Important: Before activating your emails:

  • Replace fred@onlinewithfred.com in every email with your own verified sender email.

  • Replace [YOUR NAME], [YOUR BRAND], [YOUR TAGLINE], and [YOUR CHECKLIST NAME].

  • Update the sender name in every email.

  • Keep all emails inactive until everything is customized and tested.

Then connect your funnel to the campaign:

Go to your funnel’s Opt-in Step → Automation Rules and add:

Funnel step form subscribed → Subscribe to campaign

Select the email campaign you copied.

Step 4: Test Everything Before You Publish

Enter your own email address and go through the entire process exactly like a new subscriber would. Confirm the opt-in works, the thank-you page loads, the checklist is accessible, the follow-up emails arrive correctly, and every link opens where it should.
